ShipEasy is a last-mile delivery SaaS for D2C brands in India. We built the core platform — including a real-time tracking engine, driver mobile app, and merchant dashboard — that now processes 8,000+ shipments per day.

The Challenge
ShipEasy had a working concept but their prototype couldn't handle more than 200 concurrent shipments before crashing. Their tracking updates were delayed by up to 20 minutes, merchants had no visibility into deliveries, and their driver app was a simple WhatsApp group. They had signed 12 D2C clients who were about to churn.
The Solution
- ✓ Rebuilt the tracking engine using event-driven architecture with Redis pub/sub for real-time updates under 5 seconds.
